Did the fg improve combat, condition, critical etc working properly?If I watch the oficial page they shall work on propher , at least, from lvl 70.I reached lvl 72 with the pp and nothing.At what level can u use`em.If u can use`em

I think was on 76 lv + 3rd profession.
