This light has become a every 2000 mile acquaintance with escalating costs. First the car misfired and cylinder 4 coil was replaced then the throttle housing was cleaned out, a new lamda sensor and auxillary drive belt fitted. At the same time a new Water pump was fitted and the coolant was drained and replaced as they thought it was something to do with the air con. Its now appeared again and been told that the car now needs a new Coolant Temperature Sender at a cost of £140 and on my way to the garage the car nearly cut out at a junction and the battery light came on, now that doesnt sound like coolant problems and I know not a lot about cars.
