Chromatic Dark Water

When i hit mobs near dark water dragon in shadow dance, dark waters attack also. He should agro for hitting other mobs!
and the other thing... if you are in pt with more than 2 member warder spawn when you hit dark water. it also shouldnt happend.
and the last thing: dark waters has too low dmg output.
infos tested in retail long time ago (in hb).
fix plz.

 Isn`t the rule with only 2 member party applied in all IOP? Seriosly i knew that anywhere in IOP if you are more than 2 in party and hit mobs warden spawn

chromatic is not iop, nor parnassus.
