About retail horns

Did any 1 tested already..?

For example i am NE/PP  i go retail on sps, then getting horn and make it sps/ee    so i will be able to exp retail more thatn 80 ?   cos if not  there in no point to make such char w/o FS's and  > skill enchant rate ...
