Make the store and write ~offline
To put event coins weapons to wh you have to augment them.

about offshop. buy offline shop scroll at Igor/Magor for coins, doubleclick it and you get +48Hours offfline shop for each scroll.
than make your store, sit and type ~offline.
than it should work
