Mutant with a dwarf skin

Hello everybody !!!

I would like to make my first Mutant, but I don't know very well how it works. Furthermore, with the new update I am a bit lost.

So, I want to know if it is still possible to make a mutant with a dwarf skin. Let's take mutant tyr/pal.

If I have understand, I must start with a Dwarf, spoiler for exemple, lvl up until lvl 75 retail tyran then lvl up till 76 make the 3rd class quest and sub DN paladin ?

- Dwarf mutants will be wiped (you will recieve untradeable horn in invetory)

I will do it with a Orc skin.

So for Tyr/Pal :

Lvl up a a destro, then retail Pal and make 3rd class quest, and finally sub DN tyran ?

Skills obtained by the Forgotten Scrolls  that are available only on +80 lvl.

And a normal mutant cannot go above 80 lvl.

expect that they will be wiped etc etc you are not able anymore to make 85/85 mutant .
