On september updates it says: "new NPC for switching old subclass system to new subclass system". Anyone knows where he is? Because its not Astral, Astral still wont convert me.

it can't be Astral, Astral is mentioned one sentence before and in the next sentence the words "new NPC" are used:

Is it so hard to wait for track to say "new subsystem working, go check it out"? if I were track I would take even longer to implement it just from reading this kind of  stupid posts every day.

P.S: Just keep on waiting, we waited for years, a few more weeks won' t kill you ffs.
