I have a HE/WK on main. Can i do a HE/Pal on retail lvl 85? Or can i delete my subb on main and resubb for HE/Pal?

As i know NO retail is limited to lvl 80 max, as for deletion of subclass ...........we realy  need a subclass manual or a GM to answer this questions  from time to time.
