Nice bugs on seige

So after restart, seige was shit bugged this wasnt a seige, it was just a pvp at castle.

1st it was impossible to engrave


2nd when u killed people u get pvp points, you were actually flagging INSIDE seige zone, and you could get resed.

This isnt Valky issue, its global after new files implemented, its fixed already on NM, applying fix on all other servers (drake doing it) so we know should be fixed asap.
