seems is bugged... it suppose to give +2 dex and +4.3 evasion instead of this it give +2 evasion in total...

Yeah. Something is broken here... It looks like it has only bonuses of normal Dynasty Leather Set (I mean +1 dex, +1.72 evasion).

before what armor u had?

some c grade light which dont gives any bonuses? or example draco set?

no before was nm set + 1 des this light suppose give +2 dex and 4.3 evasion and i have only 2 evasion more than in nm i should have 5 more
