If anybody have questions about this nerfed enchant rate - buy ead and try to make shirt +10 or just make 50 enchant try. Day after bug fix i made two in raw and next day i cant make +7 till now. Numbers don't lie 1st time 40/70 , one day later and till now 20/70... its pathetic that this server have secret about enchant rate it changes. IT'S NOT FAIR ABOUT CLIENTS OF DRAGON-NETWORK. In my opinion game master have to make is clear show everyone how much chance we have to enchant. It will improve server and give back respect to community. Players create it.

There is a time where you have to stop enchanting ... Since u tried only with 1 weap i dunno but for Mark if u see u fail too much ( ~ +3-4 ) Stop and try later

they are correct, two months ago we can make d shirt +10 easy now i check ench rate and i cant make +8 my max is +7 i tryed on 40 shirts

WTF  happened with our enchant rate of all scrolls?!
"Enchant event" is over ?? So now we have to donate for weapon +5 ?!
Can we know the rate for now ?
