Bug???- QQ topic

i have a bad habbit to pick up my items from time to time...
i through down my bbh+16 and my dynasty crusher+8 20 minutes ago...
i picked up the bbh+16 , but nothing with the crusher...
and after 30 sec , a dwarf came next to me, pick up the dynasty crusher+8 and left...
just like that.. so simple...
is it possible it could me a bug or smt? cause 30 sec without pick up smt.. it isn't ok i think...
i wait a reasonable answer pliz...

i didn't left the items 20 minutes here i just say it was about 20:20 gtm+2
i tried to pick up the items just when they went to the floor...

Its funny drop items for pick up again did u rly think its can help u to enchant  ?  ....    probably u get lagged or smth like this  never saw bug for pick up xD
