How much is necro weakened ?

I heard that his dark attack damage is lower then usual so I was wondering if he is worth having him for pvp ?

dark element is probably the one that works best out of the others (fire / earth / wind / water ). it feels gimp at the start before you get lvl 7+ element on the weapon but after that the damage gets much higher than the other nukers.

to be honest i find that it not weak but a bit OP compared to the other nukers
