Ipod Shuffle 2nd Generation

Well i have been using my ipod shuffle for a while. And then i changed my Computer, well i installed fresh Itunes10 (for w7) as instruced.
My computer should detect my ipod in my computer and on Itunes, but it doesnt .
Well i was freaking with it for 3 hours , could not get it working anymore, searched the web for it, made everything Apple support said, but
guess what ? nothing worked.
Reseted my ipod, checked usb ports, reinstalled Itunes 3 times, checked for updates , turned of my firewall, turned of my aVast.
Noooooothing , im desperate -.-, dont u guys think im bad with computers, im very good with it, not a geek tho, but i cant get a freaking Ipod to work.
Anyone owns one ? anyone had such problems ?

Do you got a friend which also has a iPod ? If yes try his on your pc and yours on his.
Cause I think it might not be the software since you tried much with it.

1) first of all try connecting a storage USB  on the same port, if the PC dont detected the device maybe you need only move the cables usb near mainboard
2) change usb port
3) try to connect the ipod on another computer

if the computer recognizes the iPod and iTunes does not recognize it, try instal different file manager like YamiPod (http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/)
