New mutants? Questions.

As i heared that our subclass system was changed alot, i need to ask these questions:
1. Can i still make mutants "dwarfs" 85 lvl ?
2. Can i still make mutant from ( for example ) Warlord --> retail Dark elf archer --> subclass Gladiator ?? Or it is changed ?
If so, answer me, please !
