First: Dunno if cancel should remove celestial shield/sublime self sac/sonic barrier/enchanter celestial/etc
well if does QQ if not fix it and ppl will like it 
Second: buffs against cancel, should increase resist to cancel land rate or the number of buffs it removes?
ye sps/kameal cancels are the sh1t  yes and im the the worst cancel whore
just take a look in the buffs (arcane prot/chant of spirit/paagrio emblem/ mental shield?)

OK i think that now classes, skills and balance look good enough. Maybe its time to start taking care some other things, like baylor beleth I know that quests and all sh1ts to make it working wont be easy to fix, but they need to be fixed one day
