i cannot learn that skill and i read in dnwiki that is for lvl 79... is that information wrong? if it is tell me what level i need for that skill.

my other question is: what does each prophecy gives? since they changed (for example pof gives mana instead of hp) i dont know which use, if someone has the right information please post in here. thanks

other prophecies - dunno, but imo not works as description says
CoV - imo works as it should
