Stuck Retail

Ok i was hoping after the holyday and celebrations somebody could have a look at my char.
Ty/De lvl 85 on main, Ty retail stuck on 61 2%. Every time i lvl the retail change to main than back to retail it comes back to lvl 61.
Can't delete it or add another retail.

Darwen, Track ... i don't ask for free lvl , delete my retail and put anotherone TY lvl 40 and i will do all the work ... never asked anything for free ...

I hope u got the time for my pb with the merge and new updates coming.

P.S. this is older problem (before merge) so as far as i know + 1 for the merge

I already explained you we do not erase retails, your char cant be fixed in a way you want.

Ok i'll lvl it for 3rd time to 75 and try to make another to see if i have the same problem
