Yo Could you tell me track why celestial shield from tyrant after olympiad isnt ready and we need w8 like 5-10 min for next one and all mage use celestial from talismans without reuse ? If you want to celestial have reuse time make it for all kind of celestial not only for celestial shield ...

beacuse Celestial shield, ultimate def is for farmers players and for players doing pvp full buffs.... +clean, water...

seems its happen sometimes... last night i had fights when u couldnt use celestial talisman becouse of reuse ( even 5-6 min. past)

make celestial shield like all other skills its not fair  from talismans u can use all time and from skill u need w8 10 min ~~

I don't know how is at NM but buffs shouldn't be reused after oly match?
