psw change problem again

So i have to open new topic again because earlier was locked without explanation.

So the problem is with an answer because i used a letters "šžč" and now is saying me that for answers can be used only alphanumeric characters. I remember long time ago that i changed psw without any problem and now i cant. So it was changed in data base anything or why this is happening?

so can any1 can explain me this, maybe track?
