edit your windowsinfo.ini  

steps:
1.- look for at c:\blahblah\lineage II\system
2.- open it while you are playing (notepad is good to do that)
3.- inside of that file, look at the key which called [skillenchantwnd]
4.- u can find two parameters, x and y, put in them 0 and 0 (x=0 and y=0) . . . . now u have youe skill enchant windoe in the right superior corner
5.- save as read-only and close it
6.- restart your game
7.- enjoy !!
