I got same problem
My main is SpS.
I was mutant Necro/EE on it.

When i came back to play, i just erased the necromancer/EE retail, and lvled 3 new retail for certification skills
Now i cant upgrade to the new subclass system cuz i deleted main DN sub (Necro/EE)

I should have upgraded before delete DN sub, but how should i know?
