trade bug again or scam?

Today about 7am. gmt+1 my friend was selling coin. both sides accepted trade, there appears info " trade was successfull", but she doesn't have adena and coin. The guy, that she was trading with him logged out after that
she was trying to relog, but she is still w/o anything and unfortunately she doesn't remember his nick

shat should she do now?

so how in yours opinion mr. zero should trade in this server looks like? everytime put sth in shop? and what if i want to put sth to mine 2nd char, and arroud are ppl? or if i want to trade item for item f.e. dyna set for coins ?

1st. trade should work, so i shouldn't have to do anything. until today i didn't even know about this bug

2nd. screens as proofs will not proove anything. on 1 screen you will show trade window, after trade you can drop sth and pick up with other char, and on 2nd screen u'll show that you don't have items and money, so it's weak proof

only 1 way to proove sth is to make movie with fraps or sth, but not everyone have that software, anyway it's stupid, that everytime when i want to trade i should fraps it...
