I think rate for putting jewels on armor/weapon is like 10% but for stones 3 times higher. Is this right ?

Some conclusions:

de/ty will deal less damages than ty/wc(with fist) and less than de/wc(with 2 hands weapon)

The following masteries you get
ty/wc => 3,9,42
de/wc => 3,42,42
de/tyr => 3.

so lets start with p.atk 2k.
ty/wc = 2000x1.03x1.09x1.42 = 3188
de/wc = 2000x1.03x1.42x1.42=4154
de/ty = 2000x1.03 = 2060

reason : nerfing that was done during interlude.

I ask for
de/tyr weapon masteries , 3,42,42   or give us chance to delete sub tyr and make sub wc
