because its "special" and it should be something harder to get. therefor by craft... or much more expensive

Thats why we didnt put masterwork vesper, thats a top item and only possible by craft , we didnt add it at donny. Simple as that.

craft aint hard to make, get this special item to make masterwork item acording to l2off is also easy to get

When you craft something, weapon/armor/jewels, theres a 10% chance you get a 2nd item from that craft, 1 will be a normal item, and the other will be a foundation item. With the special item (mammon's varnish enhancer), that you mentionned, you can then turn a foundation item into a masterwork item. Thats how masterwork is done, so, as you can see, its not only about gathering few special items.

I believe so as well, that vesper can only be dropped. That would also explain why on the masterwork item list, none of them show the masterworks for vesper. It was neither not existing on my private test server.

Still, the masterwork items at conny are too inexpensive. Masterwork should mean more than few coins.
