Trojan in file from loader

Antivirus found a trojan in system/msxml4c.dll   this file is downloaded by the loader, after fullcheck the corrupted file was again in PC
i put this file in a special site for virus at this is the result

You can put it in white list its not a trojan and it will no harm your pc.
