divine power was long 20 minuts now 15 seconds and reus 10 minuts

Changes to Existing Skills

but cap cast/attack speed on server where we have custom tatoos/chp/sets is sick...

So De/ty is dead char 100% now. Frenzy one time in 10minutes, totems dont working for blunts and atk speed cap. Very nice Track. Donate more and we will f*ck this server up!
