tatoo need lvl to equip?

Hi,
Did any one find this problem, when i equip my tatoo "right or left" i get penalty of grade i tryed this at 42 at 52, at 85 and lvl 80 other chars i get no grade problem.
So is tatoo grade armor now? A, S, S80 ?

tattos seem to be A grade cuz on 61 lvl i didnt have grade penalty

Hello all !

I just made few testing with tattoo!

I tested  tattoo of monk  lvl 1  lvl 2   lvl 3  lvl 4  on different lvl characters.

Seems like now tattoo have grade now.

lvl 1 tattoo = D grade  ,   lvl 2 tattoo = C grade ,    lvl 3 tattoo = B grade     and    lvl 4 tattoo = A grade .

I just tested it few minutes ago    good luck !

BTW  anyone know where we buy tattoo now ?  i so see them in jewlery shop now ?    Bye bye
