Bison should give   + 300 crt rate and  + 30% p atak when hp is bellow 30% but its give only 19.6% p atak bonus and + 113 crt rate  so please  fix it  ....

Really guys some time you are really funny ! Really you think that all skills is exctly like official ? Some skills cant be like official simple on official you dont have subclass .
If we keep some skills as official some combo become GODchar.
Skill work correct and will be not touched
