there was like 10 x sam topic and 0 answer from track or piccy ... its hard to say in next week month year or smth ? ...

AFAIK you need to have the HB quest done to be able to use attribute stones/jewels.

P.S.: if you sold your dnet dynasty set to buy the dnet vesper set I'm afraid you're gonna have to a) run around pvping w/o attrib untill you do HB quest  b) pray that what I'm saying turns out to be false or c) if what I'm saying is indeed correct QQ to track  to change the attrib system to the way it was before.
