Ultimate Defence not working

On my BD/PP and WC/SWS UD doesn't work as it should. Print screen :

UD were obviously nerfed because it make no sence for a mage to be able to have like 7k pdef for 1min 20 and even more. I belive UDs work 10 or 15% with robes, 20 or 25% with light armors and 100% in heavy of course. Now, thats for the full learned skill. I am not sure, but i think UD lvl 1 only works with light and of course hvy.

Ppl might correct if im wrong.
