and stop spaming about retail chage, it works, shity, cause of weight/items, but works... for all

i had problem swiching with 25% weight , and after i put items in wh ( less then 20% ) i could swich

Main DE/TY, I hade TY retail unsubbed and stuck at lvl 61, 2%. This is no news to track. Every time he reseted certs i lvled it again and again. Now i can't even change to it to lvl it again.
