Vesper CD or Haste?

Hi

What is the best for Vesper dagger?

-aw/sk
-just for oly
-Haste gives 9% atk speed
-CD 665 patk during the crit

As i know skill reuse does not effected by atk speed anymore and CD does ot give the bonus with blows so both SA is working just with general hit. So what is ur advice?

haste is good for oly/ cd good if u have full bufs
