I think it's bad if some debuff have 100% bad. But if it is like official so np But it can be used eaven on not flaged ppl and npc i town.

Stigma itself has really really really big chance of land almost 100%,on rbs too,about that Kamael thing no idea.

Some of player still cant learn their own sub class skills, every old player which returns to play, cant switch to his sub calss and learn skills like me... NOES !

One month ago or more, since Im playing again, and still w8 for ur update. It is so hard to change old sub for new one... dude ?

for Duxel - Track would crash the whole world, so seems that we will have fixed subs soon :DDDD
