Read again... track ban people for insult like "you fcking donator / noob donator / similar ones" ...not because someone insulted you for any other reason, and u donated once, u cant request bans for that. (max chat ban, for that insult...but w/e)

P.S. Next station is time ban and next next perma, so my advise for Hiven and to others behave if you have to insult someone (ofc not on racial basis or against the rules ) use private message, but imo dont insult people over the game.
