I will give you an idea how to switch - switch between two stacking subclasses on your retail
so leave your char on gladiator - then go to grand master or w/e to switch to your main class it should work - cos if you've same class on reatail and on main it recognize it as same.

he has other problem, he has WS(crafter) retail, and you can not make WS retail (prolly he made WK retail, added WS DNsub, and switched to WS stats, thus selfowning), so NPC can't change him to WS class.
(Grand master that switches retail classes don't know about dnet subs so i write WS not WS/WK)

Btw i got spoil / tyr before now is only spoil after 'removing mutants' i see retail on grandmaster but i cant switch to it...
