Question about Draven.

So,since TrackZero claimed that Draven will be active gm i come to ask what will be his role ,his duties and  what kind of help would he provide to users/players.Also with what matters will he mostly work (f.e. Piccy works with scam topics mostly as we know ,Track with buggs etc.)
Just some feedback about his authority over the server is all i want to know. Cheers.
