Enlightenment healer should give +40 to heal power. Without any bufs and with bsss i heal 1286 hp per heal, with enlightenment 1296. I think it is not enough .

i will say more
turn on divine power, use heal
and turn on (until u have this divine power) enli healer, power of heal is lower
