u start as dearf . exp it normal etc make retail quest . on retail u take tyrant class and when u r 76 lvl + and with 3rd etc etc then u go to subclass manager and sub it to spoiler and u got ty/spoiler 80 lvl max on ur retail

u can make on orc too, just take spoil retail,  go with horn and make sub tyrant.
