Barakiel respawn time ¿?

Anyone could tell me barakiels respawn time? i know it died at 16:30 gmt+1 but i dont know when it could be again alive >.<

Well it's strange, couze sometimes they count - f.e. for siege / but for rb it's kinda random, sometimes yes, sometimes no.
About respawn time, its not allways correct, sometimes I see it after 12h+10h random, and sometimes 12h+11h random - but moustly it's 12h+10h random.
