WM Passiv

hi all
in last days i make some tests with wm passiv 10lvl and without it.i make it on self buff and with full buff.and i dont see any difference..
for eg: 100hits with WM>45 criticals
           100hits w/o WM >44 criticals
           100hits with WM>40criticals
           100hits w/o WM >41criticals
etc.etc.etc....

on HB client WM passiv working great,but now in Gracia as i see not...hmm...any explanations?
MAybe Track say us somethink?

Yes i also miss times when my sps/ee pwn 3 party in dc robe

P.S. You should have in gracia 25% max m crit... ahh just w8 for freya reuses

Actually on HB WM passive and Magic crit rate was foked ....
Normally the magical crit rate should be around 25% ,so vala+siren+Wm would already give you the max and even higher than max magical crit rate.WM 10 is just useless anyway while you have full buffs.
So,full buffs+vala without wm weap = no buffs with Wm weap+vala. At least that's how it should be.

Its because you are comparing it with HB (which was mostly custom), try with empower result should be more better.

All agumens works less than hb..exemple

passive shield gives +10
passive m def+10------------------------------active gives around 80//90 points dont remember

empower active gives more than passive atm

but as i heared all works like should be..so dont know ..
