Cast Speed dropped again?for what?now s hitty sorc or other SH,necro have same cast like SPS or ES?? WTF??
normal is big m attac but lower cat(necro,sh)
lower m attac but big cast(sps etc)
and plz dont say about tatoos for m attac ,because its not make balanced mages LOL

Its 2100 (if for some reason is changed ILL put it back on next reboot NP ) but should be 2100,
