Subbing retail bug

[RIOSKE]

I'm trying to make a sub class on my 3rth retail, char name is RIOSKE from infini-NM server, i had 3 retails with 3 subs, then i delete 3rth one and i make it all again from lv 40 , then i make 3rth class again and take subclass quest and got the horn, but when i talk with astral she says that i cannot take it again something is wrong or contact a GM, so, i just want to know if its possible to fix that. tnx
