[To Track] Kamael nerf explanation

You know that atk. speed passive was custom added in hb, and p.atk passive was simply a bug right?

Any way for Track:
Since beginning of gracia  I'm from w8 for my retail fix:
- I cant take certificates for my 3rd retail, because i cant switch to it. Also I cant delete it because npc tells me that i have "all 3 types of battle allowed to kamael".
- New sub system.
- Char name: Weovky.
- Subs main: trickster/soul hound. Retails 1:doombringer/soul hound, 2: doombringer/judicator 3: he/wc.
If you could at least delete 3rd retail? Is it hard?

U tryed with both dnet subs?
Go with the third retail and change class with astral and them try to remove it...

Sometimes I can't believe... Just stop trying to advise me because I'm afraid Track will believe in your bullshit and my char will never get fix. Why is so hard to understand that npc's blocks option to delete retails for kamaels when they have unlocked inspector? And in order to switch to he/wc i have to talk with human grand master. Which don't want to talk witch me because I'm kamael.

Every1 know thats Kamaels are greatly nerfed on our server.
I know Track nerfed is during gracia update but:

COULD YOU EXPLAIN WHAT DID YOU NERF AND HOW ?

as i can see now:
Real Target: +24% crossbow dmg instead of 40%
Real Target:  +Add Decrease P.def give twice less effect as it should tested with same Stun (-400P.def RT / - 700 Stun)
Crushing Pain: have lower dmg then regural hit (700 from skill / 675 hit 2100 crit)
Steal Divinity: only 2 or 3 buffs instead of 5, reuse 1min insted of 15s

If am wrong pls correct me
and pls dont post here RT is OP coz it isnt
