nope u are wrong :d i play as da/th and i got vengeance and UD nerfed when using dagger, -20% attack speed (correc me in % if im wrong), and some other skils too, so i think is kind of balanced.

as far as i can read on annoucments, ud and vengeance decrease only cast speed by 20 % and rest nerf are not implented on NM.
so yes let's all play tanks now

nerf for at.speed on UD, vengeance was made some time ago.

Drake already got report about this problem and he's looking for a way to solve this problem.

Thats good to hear, in the mean time maybe the GM's can add subs if you show him everything wich is needed?

well u read it bad bro, vengeance was nerf time ago, and u can find some post i made asking about it (ofc i never got answer) BUT Gideon told me last time that it was nerfed to be more balance.
