interisting  S84 items  i cant test them on lvl less then  80 but i tryed on  80 lvl retail and istill can use them w/o penalty

its rly nice bug dont change it much ppl wana test new items on chars lvl 80

Client side problem, this sets should be able to use on lvl 80.

We gonna fix it.
