did you add any other files to the system folder? infi zoom or anything?
The access failed thing is a protection against 3rd party programs such as walker,phx and l2net.
So if you have any of these files (wich are all illegal by the way) delete them and try.

That problem is caused by 3rd programs, and edited files, maybe some anti -cheat system from dn...
All players with l2w, l2tower ,l2c, and etcetcetc arent able to log in game
