party exp/frenzy/events doubt

1- hello, exping in party will be like old times with no level limitations? Or will be like h5 that we have to be annoying 14 levels of difference?
2- frenzy will work on full hp? I dont remember if that was nerfed pre or post interlude
3- in interlude exist events of exp/drops/etc? I just played a little during that chronicle so i dont remember much about it
