So this is the official irc-like DN channel where you can get some instant help you may need. How to join its listed below:

1) http://www.raidcall.com/v7/download-raidcall.html <download
2) install
3) make account
4) Join channel 7838844 (or if already have account http://www.raidcall.com/go.php?sid=7838844&cid=1 )
5) On right upper corner you should have a button to request to become a member in order to see the content. After you send the request you will be approved in short notice.
