Yeah..and sadly most of players either don't use a shield at all or use a low grade Off hand dagger cuz it looks cool rofl.
An sps/ee vs HE/WK or HE/PP or w/e with an IC shield will just rape him.

archers still need mana to even shoot arrows, daggers need mana for skills, tanks....o well..tanks
